“I came across 416 Physio on Instagram from someone else who had ruptured their Achilles just before me & immediately had them on the top of my list for when I was cleared to start physio because of their expertise with this exact injury. It looked like a great fit and I had really high hopes for the clinic before even stepping foot inside…which they’ve greatly exceeded them every single step of the way.

The clinic itself is stunning - it’s an incredibly inviting space that makes you *want* to be there. They also have a wide variety of equipment for sessions so that they can progress or modify exercises however necessary to meet you where you’re at.

The team here is the biggest draw to 416 though. I’ve personally been working with Orsi for my rehab who has been incredible. She’s extremely knowledgeable and explains things in a way that makes them easy to understand and also helps you understand why you’re doing the things you’re working on (and why you’re ready to progress to the next step when that time comes). Orsi regularly sprinkles in advice & anecdotes from her experience with her own Achilles rehab which have been invaluable to my journey as well. She is also the perfect mix of meeting you where you’re at but also throwing a challenge or two at you when you’re ready.
