Purpose as a physio
To help people of all ages & levels reach their potential and optimize their recovery. Throughout my treatment sessions, I use a combination of techniques: sometimes I teach exercises, modify activities, and use manual therapy, while other times the emphasis is on education and honest conversations about outcomes and expectations. Every person and injury is unique, my job is to look at the big picture and find the right pieces of the puzzle.

Interests
I grew up eating, sleeping and breathing sports. In university, I competed in track- middle distance running. I also dabbled in soccer, tennis, yoga, and even tried fencing! Nowadays I enjoy running, playing the piano, spending time with our elderly dog, Stella, watching sports (Go Leafs), and cooking. My pandemic hobby is apprendre le français!

Future professional development plans
Besides trying to keep up with the latest research/evidence, I plan to further my knowledge in treating foot and ankle injuries.
