Chris is a highly experienced RMT who has worked with many athletes and patients of all ages. Although born and raised in Toronto, his parents hail from the tiny island of Malta, which he visits frequently. Make sure to talk to him if you need ideas for European travel recommendations! He also loves to chat about cars, food and martial arts.
Chris has a passion for sports and human mechanics, which he puts into daily use as a graduate of the Bryan College Massage Therapy Program. During his treatments he uses a blend of active release (ART), Swedish massage, deep tissue sports massage, Graston, cupping therapy, and joint mobilization techniques. He enjoys learning new approaches to help people manage their pain, prevent or recover from injuries in record time! Chris has overcome many injuries himself and he practices what he preaches! You will often hear him say: "You're in a relationship with your body. It will allow you to do what you want it to do. But it needs something in return".
Whether you need preventative maintenance or dealing with an acute/chronic injury, Chris is your RMT!
